I agree with the majority of these reviews. This McDonald's needs to get it together. I usually use the drive thru and they almost always make an order mistake in the bag. No idea why I go back. They ask if you want a receipt after you pay and most people say no because it just goes in the garbage, right? By the time you get home and open your bag, surprise! Wrong order, and no receipt to prove it...... Ugh!

So. I would never eat the food here but for some reason my daughter always asks to go here. I think it has more to do with the outdoor play place than any thing. The restaurant and bathroom is relatively clean. I ordered a happy meal and a iced coffee for my girlfriend. The order was fast and correct. I was however sitting next to some one whose order was wrong but, it seemed to be corrected fast with no problems. Would I come back? Yes, but not for the food.

Horrible unsatisfying food that tastes like something you'd hear up in your microwave. The employees can't get an order right to save their lives, so save your arteries and time and go someplace else.

I've been frequenting this location for years with variable experiences. My most recent experience was my worst yet. It was a Saturday around 9:30-10 am and the drive thru was busy as usual, but things usually move relatively fast. I ordered 3 breakfast burritos, 2 meals, and a 3 coffees - none of which were special orders. On arriving at the 2nd window, I was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait - no problem. After about 5 min, food arrived - although far from what I ordered. It took another 10 min (no exaggeration) for new food to appear- although still missing hashbrowns and a burrito. Rather than wait I took what was there. No apologies offered and I paid for food I didn't receive. Overall very disappointed and will likely not be returning.

I know it's pretty pointless to review a McDonald's, but HOLYSH*T this place is nasty. Got a coffee one day, on my way to somewhere. Opened up the lid, there was hair on top of the whipped cream, it was nasty, i tossed it out, but figured it may have been an accident. Ordered from here a little while ago, there was hair on everything. Right on top of ALL Of the food, and in the drinks. It was disgusting. Ballsy and disgusting. Just thinking about it makes me nauseas, i tossed everything out. Jeeze, i know if you're getting mcdonald's you're not setting the bar high for your food, but even for a McDonald's this place is NASTY

This is the only McDonald's that can't seem to get things locked down. 9/10 times they make mistakes on drive-thru orders. If they forget something and you go back inside, they make you show them your receipt to prove you bought it. They are also slow; there's probably a 5 minute wait time from the time you order until the time you drive off.

I spent a few hours here yesterday. I know. Why was I at McDonald's for hours? A friend was visiting with his son and this was the meeting place. They ate and the food was quick (to be expected) and hot. The area by the self-service soda could use a little attention. Weird detail: one of the first booths is missing the seat portion of the booth. We almost sat down there and realized we could see the floor where there should be a cushion. Yellow caution tape belongs there. The playland is outside. No bouncy balls-thank you!!! There are plenty of tables to sit at while the kiddies (and thin parents) play in the tubes. The gate is locked so you can only get in and out through the building. A nice feature in my eyes. I would prefer an indoor playland, but it was clean so i really don't have any complaints.

So McDonald's is McDonald's. If you don't know what to food tastes like stop living under a rock. So because it is so universal, I'll just make a quick comment on the building itself. This is one of the newer remodeled ones, though most of the McDonald's are these days due to the head guy wanting to boost their image. And they did a pretty good job. Nice inside, better seats, not those hard plastic ones. Fancy looking tiles and walls. Even has an outdoor play place. Not too shabby.

I normally don't rate places like this but this McDonald's consistently messes up my carry out orders. Today, I was taking lunch to kids at school and ordered two happy meals with cheeseburgers, one with a 4 piece nugget and I got 2 with nuggets (one had 4 pieces, one had 3) and a cheeseburger with two of the happy meals missing toys. I asked for straws for the drinks, was told they were in the bag and lo and behold, I get to school and there are no straws. This place is horrendous for drive through. They have probably messed up my orders the last 5 times there.

On the weekends, the only thing that this McDonald's does well is forget to give you food you ordered in the drive thru; now mind me it is is tough to count up to six items since you have to use two hands, but seriously...every month they screw up an order in drive through.

  • Eldin R.

Workers are terrible. Gave my order to the wrong person a few times when I was waiting, didn't announce what the order was either. Then there's that scarecrow looking white dude, that guy is a total d-bag, he worked late night when I used to go there. Too busy during the day to go, and when it's finally free at night, the people are either complete morons, jag-bags, or don't speak English. NICE

Ok so I call this place McPains because you are going to hurt for the rest of the day after eating here. Included with ever meal is a extra chin and a case of bad mcgas. But as far as McDonalds go this is one of the better locations. First off the dinning room is actually clean. Finally a mcdonalds were I don't have to share my table with some suburban yuppies kids left overs. Also the service here is above par. I guess I finally know were the A students from hamburger U end up. Seriously, they have a great system here you order and get a number and they call it when your food is ready. The food here is also usually fresh. It is nice to actually get fries that haven't been sitting sense the american revolution. Over all a great location when you need to get your mcpains fix.
